The Advanced Reseller Portal for SysMaster 2000 & VM Billing allows SM administrators to offer an externally hosted customer management portal for their resellers without the need for any additional modules. It support two types of users: Administrators (i.e. VM resellers accounts) and resellers (i.e. VM corporate accounts) giving SM operators the flexibility of 4 tier billing (SM Operator > Reseller > Corporate Acccount > End Users).

Administrator Features:

* add one or batch of own normal end user accounts
* add one or batch of own PBX end user accounts
* lookup them by username,full name,pin,email address, account id, caller id
* edit the end user accounts
* enable/disable them
* add reseller(VM corporate) accounts
* search inside the resellers end user accounts by username, full name, pin, email address or account id
* edit the reseller account or its sub(end user) accounts
* view the system signup plans
* generate standard or detailed global or per reseller invoices
* smart extracting of monthly based CDRs
* credit/debit and view call history for all own and reseller sub accounts

Reseller Features:

* Administrator and reseller accounts are easy configurable over the VM GUI
* The “Advanced Reseller Portal (ARP)” system can be hosted on the VM box as well on the third party server.
* In case you have the ISP module, it will be visible under the call history of the accounts
