<p>Have you ever tried to implement multiple languages within your current VoiceMaster CRM ? You will find that to be a &#8220;Mission Impossible&#8221;, especially if you want to have to have your site in more than just two languages. Even if that implementation was reasonable 6,7 years ago, the web is ever evolving and SysMaster needs to work in that direction.</p>

<p>Our Flexi-CRM solution has an easy to use template system to allow for multiple &#8220;instances&#8221; of your CRM. Each instance can be coded with as many languages as you want.</p>

<p>How much time it took you the last time when you had to change something on the header or the footer on the front pages ? Anyone who has had to pass trough that pain knows the update of over 20 files is not fun. Adding a link point to your new promotion under the footer of your site may take your whole morning.</p>

This means if you wish to provide service to multiple locations / countries, you will need to have these DIDs pre-ordered and sitting in your system waiting for someone to order them. This could cost thousands of dollars per month if you&#8217;re just starting out.</p>

<p><strong>4. No paypal capability for user signup<br />
</strong></p>
<p>Have you ever wanted to implement PayPal along with the customers sign up process ? According to SysMaster, it is not possible and we fully agree with that.  Since the if.cgi (the CGI script that controls almost all CRM requests) does not allow that, there are smarter ways to have that done in an open source environment.</p>

<p><strong>5. No signup verification control</strong></p>
<p>The hackers and spammers today are smart enough, so they can get hundred of accounts registered into your system in less than an hour. If you are providing demo calling time or free DIDs or anything else that is free for the customers, but cost you money, that may kill your business. The available capcha plugin is not a good solution at all and on certain versions, is outright broken.</p>

There are many hackers familiar with the VoiceMaster database structure which means if they were to get into your database, they could steal the CC data of all your customers. Or what about that upset ex administrator you just fired ? The simple solution is to not store any credit cards of your users. But what if your service or product has monthly plans that need to be automatically billed &amp; charged? The trick is to keep all the CC information on a third party CC processing service and have them automatically charge your customer.</p>
<p>With our Flexi-CRM we have integrated with our partners over at Authorize.net to fully support their CIM service. This CIM service allows you to store your customers CC information on their PCI compliant servers. You can remotely process a charge, without ever having to have your customers CC information stored on your servers.</p>
