1. Lack of multi-language support.

Have you ever tried to implement multiple languages within your current VoiceMaster CRM ? You will find that to be a “Mission Impossible”, especially if you want to have to have your site in more than just two languages. Unfortunately, the current CRM language management requires “since fiction” abilities. Even if that implementation was reasonable 6,7 years ago, the web is ever evolving and SysMaster needs to work in that direction.

Step 1 – Create Your End User Account

- From the Administrative Console navigate to Account Management > End user Accounts.
- Select Edit > Add Account
- Fill out Username & Password. Press apply.
- Edit the account you just created & select a Sign Up Plan.

- Make sure the authentication method is set to PIN, ANI, SERVICE ID, MAC. Press Apply.

- Add credit to the account by selecting Edit > Credit / Debit Account.

Last night we were flooded with calls from our clients complaining that they could not access their admin consoles. After investigating the issue, we have found it to be related to a cookie hard coded with the date 01/01/2010.

We are please to announce the release of our ARP SysMaster Module. The Advanced Reseller Portal for SysMaster 2000 & VM Billing allows SM administrators to offer an externally hosted customer management portal for their resellers without the need for any additional modules. It support two types of users: Administrators (i.e. VM resellers accounts) and resellers (i.e. VM corporate accounts) giving SM operators the flexibility of 4 tier billing (SM Operator > Reseller > Corporate Acccount > End Users).
