Michael Valera - Founder, President
Michael Valera is an entrepreneur, web designer & business consultant specializing in the digital media and IP communications technologies. He is the founder & President of Launch Solutions and former Vice President of Engineering for mobile VoIP calling provider Worldtel Xchange Inc. Michael's expertise has been sought after by executives & engineers globally, while training and enabling dozens of telecom companies & startups around the world. Previously, Michael was Senior VoIP engineer for award winning IP communications vendor, SysMaster Corporation, and was the technical lead for all major international deployments. Kamen Petrov - Chief Technology Officer
Kamen is an entrepreneur, engineer & software developer from Bulgaria. He graduated from the elite Varna Free University in Varna, Bulgaria with a BS in IT Sciences. During his tenor at the university Kamen successfully built a local ISP which was later acquired by the second largest ISP in the country. He was brought into SysMaster Corporation as Senior VoIP Engineer and managed the entire European engineering team for the company. During his time with SysMaster he was involved in over 100 successful worldwide system deployments, traced and fixed over 500 software bugs across the company's entire range of products. He was also responsible for completely restructuring & training the company's European based support staff while increasing response times & customer satisfaction. Today Kamen is our Chief Technology Officer and our guru of IT.
